FAQ
I hope I've answered your most pressing questions but if not, please do contact me and I'll reply as quickly as I can.
If my style and approach resonates with you and you're ready to book me, I ask for a £195 non-refundable reservation fee to secure the date, due upon contract signature. It's common that I have other enquiries for the same date as yours, so I highly encourage you get in touch as soon as you've made up your mind. The rest is due six weeks before the date of your wedding. I'll contact you 4 weeks before your wedding date to discuss timings, the outline of your wedding day and to complete our day-plan questionnaire.
I have full public Liability and employer liability insurance so both myself and the second photographer are fully insured. We also have full professional indemnity insurance and are insured against damage or theft of photography equipment. We also carry backup cameras and lenses.
We tend to shoot a blend of styles to suit the moment, including reportage, traditional group photos (if required) and contemporary styled images to give you the maximum choice and variety for your wedding album. You can choose the types of shots you want during our pre-wedding consultation.
Usually your gallery of edited photographs is online within seven days of the wedding, we'll also provide you with a small selection of individually edited images from your wedding day within 24 hours, so you’ll have some highlights of your big day to share with your family and friends until your wedding collection is finalised.
Your private password protected gallery offers you and your guests a chance to view all of your images prior to receiving your wedding album.
Usually, when you return from your honeymoon, you'll choose the images from your online gallery that you want for your wedding album - we then discuss the cover design, paper colours and layout styles and I design the album for you. Once you've approved that, it typically takes around six weeks for the album to arrive.
